Terms of Service

You need a RunDurance account to enter races. Keep your details accurate — we need your real name before an entry can be accepted. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.

• Entry costs £5 per race and is confirmed only once payment has been received.
• Fields are capped, so entries are first come, first served. Once a race is full it closes.
• Entries are personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold to another runner.
• You must be able to complete the first lap within the published time limit.

• If we cancel a race, every paid entry is refunded in full automatically.
• If we move a race to a new date, your entry moves with it. Tell us if that date does not work for you and we will refund you.
• Entry fees are otherwise non-refundable, because places are limited and held for you. If your circumstances change, email us and we will do what we reasonably can.
• Shop orders can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

The published race format and the instructions given by the event director on the day govern the race. The event director's decision on eliminations, timing and results is final. We may remove you from an event, without a refund, for dangerous behaviour, abuse of officials, other runners or spectators, or for deliberately interfering with the result.

Running is a strenuous activity and you take part at your own risk. By entering you confirm that you are fit to race and that you will stop and tell an official if you feel unwell. Tell us about any medical condition we should know about. Follow all venue rules while at the track.

We publish results, lap data and rankings, and we may take photographs and video at events for use on this site and our social channels. Ask us if you would prefer not to appear and we will remove you where we reasonably can. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Promotional codes are subject to their own limits and expiry dates and may be withdrawn at any time.

RFID wristbands are sold for personal use with RunDurance timing. Free wristbands are provided at every event, so a purchased wristband is optional. Stock is limited and we will refund you in full if an item becomes unavailable after you order.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the entry or order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as travel or accommodation costs.

The RunDurance name, logo, race format description and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access other runners' accounts or scrape personal data.

We may update these terms as the series grows; the version on this page at the time you enter applies to that entry. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to info@rundurance.co.uk.
